Brandon Pennamon
CEO/Founder
Brandon Pennamon is the Husband of Mrs. Charrell Pennamon & Father to Bailey Ann Pennamon. He also serves as Founder & Visionary of F.I.T. For The Future Community Development Group, Inc. &The MENS Club (male mentoring program).

Mr. Pennamon is a Douglas County native. Moving to Douglasville, with his family, at the age of two. He attended Douglas County Highschool & Graduated Mr. Douglas County in 2011.
Brandon's Story
Since his early years of high school a passion for his community has burned within. Being raised in a single parent household,
Mr. Pennamon found an inherent calling on his life, to give back to the community that helped raise & cultivate him.

In July of 2014, at the age of 21 Mr. Pennamon received from God the vision for “F.I.T.”, with specific instructions to:
“Prepare My Young Men & The Community to Be - FIT For Future.“
​
Since 2014, Mr. Pennamon has operated as a Servant Leader, Actively Engaging The Community & Encouraging the Next Generation to be Holistically F.I.T. For Their Future in Mind, Body, & Spirit!
​
Because of his continued Community Service, Mr. Pennamon was appointed to the Douglas County Planning & Zoning Advisory Board in 2017. At age 25, he is the youngest member in Douglas County history to be appointed to this Board.
​
He has also been recognized with the highest Community Honour given by the Ga State Senate & House of Representatives.
Mr. Pennamon is recognized as an at Large Representative & Goodwill Ambassador for the entire State of Georgia.

Charrell Pennamon is a true Georgia Native, born and raised on the Westside of Atlanta. She’s a woman of passion and purpose, with over 20 years of experience in Education.

Mrs. Pennamon is also well versed in Finances as she spent over 5 years organising million dollar budgets & managing million dollar accounts.

While balancing accounts & budgets, Mrs. Pennamon had an unquenchable passion to always help others. This passion has driven her to become a Certified Life Coach in the area of Law of Attraction.
​
She is also the founder of, “I am Elevating with Charrell”, a Life Coaching Program.
Aside from her program, Charrell is a motivational speaker and host of her own motivational platform: Wednesday W.O.W (Words of Wisdom).

Her desire to help others is fulfilled through her administrative duties as F.I.T. For the Future’s Chief Operating Officer. Working alongside her husband in his endeavours as Founder of their organisation, Mrs. Pennamon takes on the organising, operational, & logistical duties of Fit For The Future to ensure they are successful in all the events and programs we host.
